Dutton Harvesting saves money
Danny Dutton, owner of Dutton Harvesting says the harvesting business became
much easier after switching to AMSOIL products.
Danny uses AMSOIL 15w-40 Heavy Duty Diesel and Marine oil in his three John Deere 9600 combines, five Mack Class 8 grain hauling trucks, his 1997 Ford Powerstroke and several smaller machines.
"AMSOIL motor oil gives the machines the best protection against wear while allowing them to start easier, run cooler and get the best fuel efficiency possible," said Dutton.
Not only does Dutton Harvesting save on "downtime" with extended drain intervals, but they also save on fuel costs.
"I know AMSOIL motor oil may cost more at first, but if you put a pencil to it, it's cheaper than regular oil. Anyone can save money using AMSOIL."
Wallace Dunn, Richfield, KS
I started using AMSOIL in the spring of 1983. Using AMSOIL
SAE 30 Diesel oil and
the AMSOIL by-pass oil filter, we run 900 hours between oil changes on the 160hp
Case and 700 hours in our 120 hp Deutz Allis air- cooled. I use the AMSOIL
20w-50 oil in my Massey 510 combine on a two-year oil change schedule. I am very
pleased I was introduced to AMSOIL products.
Warren Bowker, Richfield, KS
I started using AMSOIL in 1975. "Right off I could
see the difference so I put it in everything on the farm. I use AMSOIL
10w-40
Synthetic Oil in my 6 tractors (3 Internationals and 3 John Deeres) and in my
Massey combine.
We use the AMSOIL 15w-40 in our two semi trucks, a Mack and a Detroit, along with the related AMSOIL Synthetic Lubes in the transmission and differentials. AMSOIL 75w-90 Gear Lube is in the irrigation gear heads and this has lowered the fluid temps considerably. We are 100% AMSOIL and PLAN ON STAYING THAT WAY"
Harold
Isaac, Hooker, OK
I use AMSOIL synthetic motor oil,
multi-purpose hydraulic fluid and
80w-90 gear
lube in my two Deere tractors, my 855 Steiger and my N6 Allis combine. I also
use the AMSOIL by-pass oil filters and change the oil once per year.
Our farm uses nothing but AMSOIL and we are happy with the results. there is a large difference in performance between petroleum oil and AMSOIL, as well as a lot of money and time saved.
Steve
Patterson, Copeland ,KS
One of our irrigation engines runs all year with no oil change using AMSOIL oil
and by-pass filters. AMSOIL 75w-90 gear lube is used in the gear heads on a
five-year change period. My records show that I'm saving 58 cents on the dollar
on lube cost between AMSOIL and petroleum lubes.
Kyle
Coats and 10,000 acres
"I've got Amsoil in my five John Deere combines and five Chevrolet 50 Series
trucks. I cut 10,000 acres of wheat, barley, and soybeans between May and
October and changed oil only once in my combines at 600 hours instead of once
every 100 hours. My engines run with more power, too. I get an extra hour in the
field on the same amount of fuel."
